First week of Sem 2 has passed
Lessons are interesting. . . relevant to what i am doing. Appreciate the lessons more than when i was an undergraduate.
Lecturers are good. . . Can feel their passion to teach. . . Not just for exams purposes, but to educate the engineers of this industry. . . To highlight the importance of some fundamental concepts which might be taken for granted, esp in this computer age.
Environment is good. . . Air conditioned classrooms, clean corridor, comfortable seats and tables...
BUT
My Dinners are bad. . .I'm not enjoying my meals. . . Quick and unpleasurable dinners just to keep myself away from hunger. Eat to live. This is what i have to go through 3 times a weeks for the next 12 weeks. Haiz. Well, i'm someone who enjoys eating. . . hehe. I dun eat many meals a day. Just the normal 3. But, i want to enjoy my meals. Jus felt sad, felt that i m so pityful to have unenjoyable dinners... but not as bad as it is la. hehe. eat better for the days when i dun have lessons!
Besides that, and till when all my tutorial deadlines and quizzes come in, i felt i m quite ok with the lessons. So far so good. Tiring for sure. . . but at least i find the lectures quite useful.

My 2nd sem is starting...
The thought of going to NUS twice-thrice a wk, attending lectures from 6-9pm, having quick dinner at that E2 cafe, doing tutorials and rushing for term paper really makes me SIAN ar!!!
I'm still deciding to take 2 or 3 modules this coming sem. The thought of having 2 or 3 more semesters of such life isnt' very enticing.
Well, not that i hate studying. Actually after working for 3 years, i can appreciate what i am learning better.. But i dun really enjoy being a part time student, having to sacrifice precious time after work. (i guess most pple won't enjoy too ba).. But the consoling thought i gave myself is "it's just 13 wks ! " Also, Ming Tao is starting his first sem too. Welcome to the part time students club, joining me and Amanda ar. haha.
